This form is applicable to the following categories.

Category-I: Newly Admitted Students (AY 2026-27 onwards)
- UG & PG Students – ₹200 (One-time Alumni Membership Fee at admission)
- Research Scholars – ₹500 (At the time of admission)
- Executive Research Scholars – ₹2,000 (At the time of admission)
Category-II: Existing Alumni
- Life Membership – ₹500 (Only if not already a Life Member)
- Membership – ₹200 (Renewable every year)
- Golden Jubilee Digital Certificate – ₹1000 (optional)
Category-III: Attending Event on Sept 2nd, 2026
- Attending Golden Jubilee celebrations on 2nd Sept, 2026
