Prof. R.V.S.S.N.Ravikumar is working as Professor, Department of Physics, Acharya Nagarjuna University since 2017.
Assistant Co-ordinator, ANU-TOCIC outreach Centre, DISR, New Delhi unit from Sept 2007 -2021. This Centre so far sanctioned 20 innovative projects worth of 300 Lakhs.
He worked as Director, Centralized Laboratory (2013 -2021), Director, IQAC (2019- 2021), Assistant Co-ordinator, IQAC (2014- 2018).
He worked as Post Doctoral Fellow of Yamaguchi University (2001-2003), Kyoto University, Kyoto (2003-2005) Japan.
He received Young Scientist's awards from Hong Kong (1997), Japan (2001) and Russia (2006).
His research interests are Solid State Spectroscopy, Nano-materials, Nanophosphors, Biomaterials, Glass Science and Spintronic Devices.
He published Six books (three Research text books and Editor for AP Intermediate vocational bridge course Physical Sciences two text books (First year & Second Year) & one NAAC Manual).
